Do I have any insurance through Aleriom’s services?

Aleriom provides distinct insurance policies to protect you. The first is procedural insurance, which covers any unforeseen incidents that may occur during the procedure and the postoperative period, with coverage of up to USD 50,000 which is standard in the US.

The second insurance is a travel insurance, that will protect you throughout your travel with coverage of up to USD 150,000 cell phone, ensuring protection against loss or theft.

Do I have to pay for the procedure all at once?

Thanks to our partnership with Affirm (Stripe), you can defer your payment to up to four equal payments, one per week. That means you can get your medical or dental work and pay one-fourth of its cost each week!

Can I cancel or reschedule a procedure?

How can I check if I’m eligible for the procedure I want?

During your initial call with the doctor you have selected, you will discuss your eligibility for the desired procedure. The doctor may request certain materials from you, such as photos or videos, to aid in their evaluation process.

These additional materials assist the doctor in understanding your specific requirements and determining the extent of what they can or cannot do to fulfill your expectations. This ensures transparency and enables the doctor to provide you with comprehensive guidance regarding your procedure.

Can I schedule more than one procedure per trip?

Once you have booked an initial procedure, you can discuss booking a secondary procedure with your Concierge Customer Specialist through our in-house chat system which will be available for you 24/7.
